§01
Built and deployed more than 25 scalable SaaS and web applications end-to-end. It's the kind of repetition that turns "can build a CRUD app" into a repeatable delivery process: scoping, architecture, shipping, and the operational follow-through most junior work never reaches. Alongside delivery, mentored colleagues in React specifically to raise the team's development velocity, not just my own. This is the first appearance of a pattern that recurs in every later role: technical leadership done by teaching, not by title.
§02
Engineered a full-lifecycle rewards and survey system for the gastronomic sector from scratch: the data model, the survey logic, the rewards accounting, and the operational tooling were all designed and built together as one system, not bolted on piecemeal. It scaled to more than 30 establishments, which means the architecture had to hold up under real multi-tenant load from early on, not just in a single pilot deployment.
§03
Built a municipal public management platform that combines web scraping with AI chatbots to simplify government documents into natural language, cutting document processing time by up to 70%. The mechanism: automatically pull source documents via scraping, then use an AI layer to translate dense administrative language into something a resident can actually read and act on. It's public-sector software where the win is measured in hours a citizen didn't have to spend deciphering a form.
